  • How do I reserve my tour date?

    Secure your tour by paying a $100 nonrefundable deposit through our Pay Deposit page. After confirming availability, your date is held until full payment on the tour day.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept major credit cards and PayPal for deposits online. The remaining balance is paid in cash or card directly to your driver on the tour day.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Deposits are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible to discuss options based on availability.

  • Are tasting fees included in the tour price?

    Tasting fees vary by winery and are not included in the tour price. Most wineries charge a nominal fee payable on-site.

  • Can I bring my own food and drinks?

    You may bring snacks and non-alcoholic drinks on the shuttle. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on winery premises or the shuttle.
